Wonderful Weekend~

This previous weekend was filled with cool activities. And I really enjoyed it, yo. XD

Saturday:

Went to the Games Convention. I collected a HELL lot of freebies, and I also won some prizes, heehee. I took part in the Soul Calibur IV impropmtu tourney. Only 4 people, so I had a higer chance of winning. In the end I walked off with 3 XBox 360 games. Maybe I should sell them, since I don't have the console. >.>

There was the Guitar Hero Aerosmith competition too, but I lost because the Star Power died on me. T_T

Then I got my hands on the sneak preview of Guitar Hero World Tour. I was on the mic singing Linkin Park's "What I've Done" (I sounded strangely nice o_o). Then I tried the drums. Freak ah, it's NOTHING like Drummania.

Drummania's mapping on screen is like this (excluding bass):

Hi-hat, Snare, Hi-tom, Low-tom, Cymbal

Guitar Hero, however, was like THIS:

Snare, Hi-hat, Hi-tom, Cymbal, Low-tom

When I failed the 1st time for mistaking the Hi-hat for Snare, Spidey shouted, "You played too much Drummania!!" LOL

Then the booth lady asked me for my number, so if there's any roadshow or promotion, I'll be invited. Sa-weet.

Then I went for the Rock Band competition with Toasty on Guitar, Elle on bass, Spidey on vocals and yours truly on drums. Too bad we didn't make it to the finals, but I had lotsa fun!

Oh ya, before we went off, we tried the F1 simulation. Spidey literally treated the car like a skateboard. Grinding LOL

Sunday:

Went to Waseda Senior High! The haunted hospital was really fun, and all the rooms were really unique! Like the mouse room, the cafes and the games rooms. Everybody there worked hard to make it a success, and the crowd turnout was amazing. Props to you guys. ^^ Their costumes were "sugoi" too XD
